🔹 How RON Works:
1. Schedule Your Appointment:
Book your session online, by phone, or via email at a time that works best for you.
2. Verify Your Identity:
During the video call, you’ll be asked to show a valid government-issued ID.
We also use knowledge-based authentication (KBA) for additional security.
This might involve answering questions based on public records to confirm your identity.
3. Review Your Documents:
Upload the documents you need notarized before the meeting or share them during the call.
We’ll guide you through each page, ensuring you understand everything before signing.
4. Sign & Notarize:
Once everything is reviewed, you’ll digitally sign the document.
The notary will affix their electronic seal and signature to your documents in real time, ensuring they are legally valid.
5. Receive Your Notarized Document:
After the session, you’ll receive your notarized document instantly via email in a secure PDF format.
You can print it, share it digitally, or submit it wherever you need.
